“Anna, my Basset hound Labrador mix came to Philadelphia in 2017 as a rescue from southern Georgia. She was about 18 months old and had just given birth to a litter. She needed daily walks and training. Within weeks, Lisa trained her to sit on command with hand signals, wait for her leash to be attached, and behave on walks. Her daily walks have helped to socialize Anna and make her extremely compatible with other dogs which helps when I am walking her. Lisa shares progress and reports any issues that she observes. Anna adapted very quickly to her new life in PA which I attribute in part to having Lisa working with her so soon after she arrived. Anna looks forward to her Lisa time every week.”

“Lisa respects dogs and they respect her. She taught us to establish our ground rules early on and be consistent. She had tons of helpful suggestions for leash walking, crate training, and doggy play dates. And she helped me trim my pup's nails for the first time (which I never would have done alone!) Lisa's professional approach teaches new pet-owning families how to raise a respectful, happy dog in a busy household.”

“I’d highly recommend working with Lisa. She is caring, professional and skilled at seeing what is needed to help dogs and owners succeed in their relationship. She uses positive training techniques which is key in helping your grow the relationship between you and your pooch. Lisa helped from the early puppy stages and helped to remedy unwanted doggy behavior at home! She is upbeat, positive and has a tremendous depth of knowledge and experience with a wide range of behavioral situations. It was a pleasure to work with her!”

“Lisa has been working with Boomer since he was about 4 months old.  She has done an incredible job leash training him and us! She took the time to meet one on one with us to coordinate her training with ours. We have learned so much from her and Boomer loves his mid day walks with Lisa! “

“Lisa has worked with our dog Archer who we adopted as a 6-month old puppy. We love that she takes a comprehensive approach - looking at not only our dog's personality but the family dynamic as well. She gave so many insights and really thought about the 'why's' of our dog's behavior and then gave feedback and advice on ways to correct him. She also has been available for any follow up with just a phone call. She has a true love for animals and children and truly wants to help you fit your dog into your family.”
